- 12 months of coverage begins one week after your device(s) ship.
- Hardware, software, and firmware defects are covered.
- Free software updates are included during the warranty period.
- Full recalibration is included at 36 months.
- If a covered issue arises, we’ll repair or replace your device(s).
Extended Annual Maintenance
- Adds coverage beyond the first year, purchased with your device(s) or prior to your initial warranty ending.
- Defect-related repairs or replacements for hardware, software, and firmware.
- All software updates released while your Extended Annual Maintenance is active are included.
- Recalibration at 36 months to maintain optimal accuracy.
- Coverage stays with your agency and is non-transferable.
To Get Service
To receive service, contact LocusUSA at (321) 727-3077 or support@locususa.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Upon receiving the RMA, ship the instrument to LocusUSA, at 720 North Drive, Melbourne, FL 32934, for repair or replacement at no cost. Once the instrument has been repaired or replaced, it will be shipped back to your agency
free of charge.
