A remote diagnostics system that evaluates the health and performance of two-way radios over the air, detecting issues during routine use or emergencies before they become critical.

DiagnostX monitors inbound Rx (receive) frequencies and analyzes control channel transmissions from active radios using automatic CC rollover detection, requiring a minimum of 12 valid events for evaluation while ignoring weak signals (below -95dBm), multi-path, and mid-air collisions.

DiagnostX improves radio reliability and readiness, boosts safety, reduces liability and maintenance, operates independently of the radio system, encrypts data with AES 256, supports real-time or scheduled reporting, and includes an Automatic Frequency Control (AFC) meter.

DiagnostX measures key radio performance metrics including frequency error, symbol error (600 and 1800), modulation fidelity, average symbol deviation, bit error ratio (BER), received signal strength indicator (RSSI), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and automatic reserve gain at the multicoupler.

DiagnostX is easy to set up – plug it in, connect to the antenna, enter control channel frequencies, and set your thresholds.
